What are some of the best things about your team?

I dont know my team, no idea what they look like or sound like.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Team building and feel appreciated by mamagement, not just having a meeting when something is wrong.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Lunch breaks, when I asked in the past for team building to my TM = nothing happen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are the peaks and benefits for us who are working from home? No bonus system or "Friday Bar".

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to what system issues there are and be better to understand why it is an issue for first line agents.
