Honestly, it's a fine company because there are worse places to work. But if I have to compare for it to be good, than maybe's not that good. Unfortunately there's a lot to get better, including basic stuff such as CLEANED BATHROOMS and A CLEANED WORKSPACE. We're dispensable to Foundever.

What makes you most happy at work?
When we have parties and we're able to work at a medium pace, without feeling overwhelmed or burned out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First of, my salary is completely not equal to the job that I do. Being a Quality Analyst is very stressful and it takes a lot of energy. Also, my team is short staffed since before I joined, so our workload is insane. So I do believe our pay should be much higher. And our benefits are bad.
