We have perfect cooperation, we are like a team, we help each other, and the TM is very kind and is always there for us....so that we can always have the best result for the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the work we do could be paid better, especially when I have been working for over 36 years.... not really in this job, but in general.... despite this, I am satisfied with the work opportunities provided by the entire staff.
