They are really supportive and will always understand your situation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very diverse and people are so open and will accept you as you are.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are being considerate and appreciate what you do. It feels good when people support and see you. I am just hoping that I will be certified soon.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for more than a decade now. My salary is pretty much the same with the new hired folks. Some of them has higher basic pay. I've been a mentor, SME and a coach OIC who is handling team now, however, I am not getting any additional pay or allowance for 3 months now.
