It was good at first.. then we got stuck here.. almost 4 years in the same position with same salary and bad benefits

Honestly nothing.. very ugly environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They do not help, they only talk about everyone else
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They gave benefits to people that didn't deserve them.. we do not have ways to succeed here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Well everything.. I do not even know who my team lead is, since the last one quit.. it is awful now
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have had the same salary since almost 4 years ago. The bonus is almost impossible to win, and when we do, it takes almost a month to be deposited..
