What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have a culture of commitment, mutual respect and juvenile entertainment.

What makes you most happy at work?

That my work is valued. That my opinions are listened to. That my capabilities are actually reviewed and qualified appropriately. That my efforts are compensated equally and that I am given the opportunity to grow if I show that I am ready for the challenge.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They care. They listen to my concerns and help me grow personally and professionally. They clarify any doubts and help me get acclimated to new challenges. They also pay close attention to my goals, objectives and try to support me personally whenever possible. They make me feel like a person.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The fact that as staff we are being paid the same amount (and even less considering overtime and extra spiffs or bonuses.) than a regular associate makes. In many instances we have many more responsibilities and have to show much more commitment and willingness. This should be reflected in our wage.
