terrible! in the 360 english retail acc the agents are victims of abuse of authority, we cannot take vacations, no free times, no part times changes, we are forced to work for extended periods of time... they do not care about the healthy of their employees of their personal lives!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In the capitalone 360 english retail account, there is not vacations available during whole year, there is no scheduled changes or part times so I cannot look after my son, there is only abuse of authority and slavery here! The account manager Mariana should be replaced!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are getting paid $1060 monthly here in capitalone and now we are taking calls for two different card marks mastercard and discover when we used to work only with martercard so now we have more work to do but we are getting paid the same low salary.... we want a better salary
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In the capitalone 360 english retail acc there is no vacations during the whole year, there is no part times, there is no LOA, is like the new slavery, more like a jail than a job, I cannot look after my son, In the parking slots there is no space and no assigned spots for the employees.
