What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All co workers, leaders, managers are nice and are always willing to help. They care for the agents and want to make sure we are comfortable and understanding the procedures.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some bonuses amount have decreased because of the new department I was transfer to, and I understand is because of how some of the interactions need to be handle. It is totally different than the previous department we were at.
