That we can have conversations and be goofy, i think it helps considering we work from home and it's just some miss working at a center to see each other and have interactions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Honestly, i think it's just feeling drained about not having many like. "Hey, you guys are doing great. Here's another auction for not missing or hey each team, here is a pizza party or pizza being sent to you guys."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some i love the fact that they care about their agents and remember that they are people, while others don't care to attempt to help them. Love most of them while others i feel just don't care as much and just care about making sure campaign is happy and numbers met.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly, some Rates have been researched by agents who have said hey we don't make the same amount of money but we do the same thing the campaign does. We make $14 while the campaign makes $22. That's why some agents are just leaving to attempt to work for the campaign. I like working for foundever
