I feel my perspective and opinions are not being genuinely heard. My work feels insignificant, and the workload, processes, and demands are constantly increasing, leaving me feeling overwhelmed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the ongoing increasing demands create significant to me. At the same time as the demands and expectations rise, this is never reflected in my salary or in any easing of targets. Instead, I feel that it is currently impossible for me to meet the goals while maintaining the quality and accuracy.
