Taking into account employees' requests for their engagements. Not putting so much pressure on them when they are already doing well. Stop threatening us!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too much pressure is being put on agents, volume of calls and on going change on processes we can not keep up with. Constant threats from management team. Not paid enough for this mental abuse.
