I loved the previous management team, people felt included, listened, happy, the dynamic was amazing, the environment was positive and every day felt like a new opportunity to grow. Now is grey, people feel afraid of losing their job, there are threatens of warnings and dismissals often from TLs

Transparency, commitment, better leaders who care about their employees not only their pocket. Same opportunities for everyone not only for their acquaintances/friends/family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of us have noticed that you will get benefits, grow opportunities only if management likes you, otherwise no matter what you do is never enough, same with bonuses. We feel we deserve a raise but haven't seen one in a while
