The system for computers, as well as the tools used for work, should be improved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not kow the leadership team and their work to provide a feedback on that matter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the tasks assigned to me do not fully align with what I am capable of contributing to the company and the team. A position where my knowledge and skills can be better utilized would be more suitable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All the members of my team are lovely and kind, always ready to help whenever you have a question or a problem. Additionally, we know how to laugh about everything, which makes working there even nicer, especially when the work is challenging.
