More positive communication, friendly competition between departments/team is fine- but not at the expense of others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Current Canada average for role is $53-60k Salary/yr. Current wage is just over $40k. Benefits also do not allow for dependants, although I have called many times to request they be added onto my plan.
