I have been working for 12 years here and my experience is not as positive as it could have been. I am an average worker (I mean a person that has to follow rules for a salary). Beyond the compromise of the employer to pay my wage, there is not any other benefit my employer shares with me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel fine because I am a person which commitment is help in every way I can. I like to do my best always, I mean, I am not a negative employee nor would avoid work or compromise with my employer
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First of all, this company does not show friendship, honest relationship with employees, commitment to have a healthy relationship with employees, specially, those of lowest level. If the company are not really interested in the well professional development of its staff, the leadership is average
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are having a heavy task on our shoulders now, I mean, to many things to do. The eyes having all days a heavy task checking the monitor and other circumstances only allow us to talk about work. No time to spend for relaxation is on our hands
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In fact, there is not a positive thing. But I have to recognize that my wage is something that motivates me and help me in my leaving, the positive thing is that I only work for a salary and employer is not obligated to do more for its staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a professional and has never been met by Human Resources to assess my university degree and working experience (common steps for a firm to promote its staff in professional way). My wage has not been increased since 2020, this is unbelievable. The wage set up is bad according to living cost now
