Doesnt feel valued. If management can involve and assist to grow rather than keep blaming.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Implementing more ideas and assist with time management. Hear the employees and help them rather than complain and issue warning letters.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Work allocation should be discussed and check if achievable. If not then should change it for the next month. Should make one feel more valued and countable than be blamed all time. Also, some incentive plans should be initiative.
