It just stress me, demotivates me and there is not enough reward from it.

Fair opportunities, care about employees and actually showing it instead of just saying it by giving us better resources, commodities and grow opportunites.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits taken away. No salary raised in years. Each time instead of receiving more and improving our expectations, they've been getting lower and lower by losing compensation, all of this really needs to improve immediately.
