The company seems to be unorganized at times, this makes progress slower than it should be. I feel like not many of the people working here are actually interested in making a good job and grow their career, rather they do the bare minimum and chill as much as they can.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Theres a park nearby to have nice breaks. Coworkers seem to be talkative and easy going
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The offices are loud and costumers can hear that on the phone. Serviceteams should be more seperated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I compare what I could get as salary at other companies I feel undervalued. At least home office should be a thing. Or fresh fruits at work. Foundever misses a lot in the little things
