Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just provide exactly what they promise by the paper when you're applying at the job would be nice, I don't care to not receive specifically what they promised but.. they promised.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't know much about my team, I feel like they are too much competitive and I do not have any close friends yet that I can actually coment, basically I don't have enough knowledge
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nothing wrong, it is already a very nice place I just often feel alone and unable to work WITH people, I want to do more, I feel like I could be better but the numb of loneliness does not allow me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not see anything wrong or unusual yet. Of course, I have seen one supervisor not being so gentle with me with no reason and if I have done something wrong I am not sure what, but in overall nothing is disturbing me, no.
