I love working for the company however the management is not aligned with the companies values at all, which makes it difficult to grow within the company and at the same time to feel secure when it comes to job security.

Certain leaders in the team follow through with good ethic practices, so I am not able to indicate as an overall.

Yes, I do, as I deliver way and above what is required from me but still sit with a minimum salary
