Do not put learnerships and experience workers together as the learnerships are not mature enough to understand work life or grown up

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of cases we as agents need to complete, the work and thought that is put in to get the case done is not worth the salary and there is no incentives or annual increase, I have been with foundever for 2years and 1 month, incentives and annual increase like other BPOs would really be nice
