I enjoy working for Sitel. I wish they would bring raises back into the picture since those havent happened since 2011 with Bert. I have just celebrated 19 years with Sitel and would like to see us evaluate the pay amounts since many agents leave due to it

When looking at amounts in the market, we normally are paying much lower than other companies in the same position for less work.

I am proud of the job i do and am always focused on how can i make it better for the agents or team members.
