It's been a journey for the past year because of the tremendous growth in the region. It should have been better if proper support and more frequent interaction to improve my strategic thinking has been implemented. Too may changes in the organization, critical updates should be overly communicated.

Salary should be more competitive, ther needs to be merit increase annually.

It's open door policy, most leaders can be interacted irrespective of position,, efforts to improve our culture and communication by centralizing those efforts and initiatives.
