I would say everything is good but salary is very less and ppl with good tenure in Sitel are really not happy with the lowest package we have on the earth. We work hard every day and are paid very less

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It needs to be a strong leadership, and need to empower coaches. Leadership treats Coaches as non value added members, no respect, no dignity and much worse
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to market we are getting peanuts, no incentives, worse to show payslips to bank for loans. I have been in Sitel for 9 years and ppl who joined from other companies they get paid more and where we served Sitel for more and get less paid
