I have no major complaints, at some point there were situations that were a little bit unpleasant but we were able to overcome them

Agents in other countries get better incentives for the same job and I consider this has to be standardized
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes they try to motivate us and I consider this is really important mostly because we are working from home. But they need to do it more often
