Salaries needs to be adjusted based on the responsability level and the market offer. We are seeing larger steps from our competitors on leadership salaries that are key for our organization.

Sitel is always delayed when it comes to compensation adjustments, the mentality of the organization is that if you are not going to leave we will not make adjustments but if you think on leaving you may get adjusted.
