I have had several people be part of my leadership team, they have put forth the people first culture, however we hard time retaining them. I have reported to 6 different managers in the past 2 years.
Sitel is one of the lowest paying employers in North America. I love my job, I love the people I work with but I would like to see merit raises return, I think it would help with retention.
