We need consistency in leadership and better communication between teams.

That we are Team, we work together and have great communication!

I always have someone to reach out to when I need guidance or help.

That we are becoming more socially conscious about the issue's that are happening around us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have had several people be part of my leadership team, they have put forth the people first culture, however we hard time retaining them. I have reported to 6 different managers in the past 2 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sitel is one of the lowest paying employers in North America. I love my job, I love the people I work with but I would like to see merit raises return, I think it would help with retention.
