Overall, working for Sitel is good. Just not the pay. Benefits before were great, but not now. I know culture diversity would benefit the company, but man, they are pushing for everything LGBTQ+ nowadays. Online events, benefits, etc.

We work as one. Everyone teaches each other.

Most positive is the camaraderie.

They are transparent with everything that is happening with the company.

That I get to interact with people and do what i do best, analyze data.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least be competitive with the compensation. There are other companies out there that pay more.
