I have never met them. There is no "best" thing to report.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It appears as if the company is trying to be interested in opinions of the managers and agents.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More money; 20 years at this company and I'm paid the minimum allowable salary in the USA. Bonuses for LS are not within our control and have little to do with what happens while agents are in training.
