After 18 years the experience has highs and lows - there has been recent turnover/change with leadership as well as an overall structural change with our NA footprint - answers 7-8 months ago would be dramatically different. With recent change, so far so good, but we're just getting started.

We take pride in each other's work and accomplishments as it's a testament to the whole team, not just the individual on the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessibility and Engaged - they are do not work behind the curtain, they are very much involved and knowledgeable of what we do and are accessible to everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to provide value, being someone that other rely on, being compensated appropriately, having a healthy work/life balance, knowing that my manager/team are not setting me up to fail, and having a little stress as possible.
