Overall, I have had a great experience working at Sitel over the past 10 plus years. Have definitely seen changes, but most have been for the better. I have been able to challenge myself in each of the roles that I have held with opportunities for advancement to further my career.

It's competitive and really like the fact that Sitel matches a portion of my 401K contributions.

It is comparable to the market, however, I would like to see a monthly/quarterly merit bonus available to all departments and not limited to a few.
