What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to get a bonus due to performance. Prepaid medicine is definitely a plus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always looking for ways to balance work/personal life. Employee comes first. communication. Focus groups with HR to express ourselves.

Very united. very cooperative and always willing to assist. We keep communication open and straightforward. We talk about personal stuff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Especially during current times, their human side. I love that I am being developed consistently and the communication strategy is on point.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning. coming up with ideas. knowing that any issue will be supported by my manager and having her support at all times.
