Majority understands the business need and go out of the box to meet client standards. Consistent performance with minimal supervision and proactive sharing of observation within the team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Faster approval of promised financial benefits such as basic pay increase. Make each department perform so others will not have to carry the task. Such as Coach performing Workforce and Report Analyst task.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Moved to a campaign that has higher basic pay bracket and working hard to keep the campaign performing amid pandemic and WFH set up of direct reports, no basic pay alignment until present except for the rank & file being supported. Handling alone 27 agents down to 21. No QA, no trainer.
