We work as a team and help each other all the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to have a policy for variable remuneration related with performance for senior managers+. I also think that the health insurance in the US could have less deductibles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel a lot of confidence in my leadership team. I trust them and I have the feeling they know exactly where they want to be and what is needed to get there.
