What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team!! I love everyone I work with. They keep me motivated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is the best! But we have a VP that is not knowledgeable of the US market. The VP is in Columbia. I feel like this has created gaps. Previously when we had a VP in the US - they were very attentive and bonuses were paid on time. Seeing a lot of turn over because of this.
