Lots of things make me happy while I am at work, interacting with my teammates is close to the top!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not necessarily feel undervalued, but there were events that have happened that hindered me from saying yes to the compensation question. If promises are made, one should keep their promise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How supportive they are. How they push my limits for me to learn new things. How they care about me as a person. How they help develop me as a LDS.
