What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers should learn how to fairly handle all their employees. Some would even degrade an employee to show retaliation to their subordinates.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Merit increase is never fair. Managers would choose whom to prioritize especially those who are from the same campaigns. Performance of the employees from campaigns that closed down are no longer substantial and therefore, appropriate increase was never provided regardless of the performance.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Managers would say to care about the people but do not really practice what they preach. They only choose the people they wanted to help. Managers wanted their subordinates to follow blindly and would retaliate when questioned. Not all Managers know how to appreciate their people
