They're smart individuals and we have a mutual respect. But we also have a friendship and actually care about each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they're European and bring that mindset to this company. They care about their employees, work-life balance, inclusion, diversity, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is decent, it's nice that I finally started getting regular raises and bonuses (when Sitel was merged with Acticall, certainly not before).
