Slow increment. lack of support and bias for career development. Just increase monthly salary based on the country?

nothing's wrong. just certain people who needs awakening in treating people fairly based on productivity and current service eligibility

locally, there's alot to improve especially communication, transparency and fair treatment globally, the best people I have worked with.

Change the productivity tools as well as change the overall employee earning system according to law abided in our country
