Leading conversations. Being able to share best practices. Creating topics for coach development

Diverse. Strong in opinion which often means that the directions are called it straightforward and clear

Involved. My closest co workers are extremely involved in cultural enhancement for employee satisfaction as well productivity strategies
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe it's fairly calculated, however it's requency could be improved. Meaning instead of quarterly, monthly should do it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity. Ideas comes from anywhere. Participation its encouraged at all levels...its extremely exciting to see some of our associates on social media following the activities.
