Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the comparison of BPO Companies here in Baguio, Philippines - Sitel has the lowest rate when it comes to salary for all agents. I recommend if possible they can at least increase the salary up to 10-15% from our basic pay.
