
It has been very great full for the growing opportunities, but I considered that we have so many talented people who are disregarded to be developed. Talent is not appreciated if you don't agree with the ideas of the Managers/account leads and it is disappointing

No interest of my leaders on following up on salary rise, even when they are that there are other managers getting better paid than their people. No recognition
To look more to invest on their people, care more about their moral and nor only see the employees as a number. There have been several changes and it seems that Sitel Values have been lost lately
Go back to have a more set developmental plan. There is no follow up or willingness to develop those who seem to have the necessary skill for a job position. Stop having favoritism or priority to friends only.
Communication, being honest and getting aligned with the requests they have. As well, taking more time to develop their people. They usually have the "too busy" card to not spent time for teaching and followimg up on us. There is no succession plan.
There are other call centers who paid better at my position, Coach, as well they have better wages for agents. It would be great to reconsider how the budget is being used and have it allocated for the ones who make it possible with the customer
