Trustful, commited, willing to learn and have better relations with other areas so we can work as a team to accomplish company's goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Marketing is not as valued as it should be (locally), since it is under HR structure. Wages are lower than competitor's or even other industries. Benefits are not the same for Marketing as they are for other support areas.
