Worse right now. Im on floating status for months and they are forcing me to move to another location or they will terminate me. Dont expect your employees to uproot their life just because of the so called "business". I would accept being redundiated than them looking for ways to terminate me.

Magic promotions, compensation, invisible leaders, lack of communications, profits over people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not as "competative" as youd claim. Maybe do another market comparison.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe invest more in hiring the right leaders with good attitude and does not cause employees to lodge a lot of complaints. A lot of gaslighting and ass kissing which has obvious results as they get promoted just like that without checking on competence and attitude.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to value their employees more. They keep hiring incompetent, selfish people. The leaders who truly uphold the values left. So far i have seen the worse leaders from my years of service. I am heartbroken and disgusted at the companies direction now, profits over people.
