There is no perfect organization, staying means adapting to change. Despite all that had happened esp. during the pandemic we have stayed on and adapted. Hope that this gets to be recognized too.

this pandemic thought me to be more adaptable and flexible. I like that I get to work at home and still be engaged.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
High time to review the salaries and benefits of employees especially those in the rank and file to management post. Virtual assistant jobs offer higher salary.

Other centers pay higher with same benefits. Our benefits used to be the best but due to the changes this can't hold talents to stay. We have lost a lot of good talents because they were offered better salary and equal compensation. Work Life balance - spending more hours at work is not healthy.
