Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Appropriate pay, which also includes length of service. It must not be that employees who have been with the company for many years earn less than new employees.

I would be happy if the length of service is also taken into account in the payment. It should not be that a new employee earns the same or more than an employee who has been with the company for many years.
