Salary increases almost impossible. From line manager there's always a "proper" reason to reject it. Life became more expensive since 2015, salary remains on old level. NH management from external start with higher salaries. Line Manager takes decision with negative impact to my project financials
In my site (DUS) I can see only very few positive things (building/location). Environment/culture is oportunistic. Be bold (raise your concerns in a constructive way) is a kind of NoGo --> it's more about saying "Yes", "no problem", "everything will be good". This is not the necessary basis for CI
