Sitel has been good to me since I started and I have progressed as an individual; however, going local (for me) is a mistake in EMEA and has led to silos and politics and moved us away from "One Sitel" which is now a daily challenge impacting my quality at work.

Communication, Small Tents are great but people do not communicate out of them, Leadership in EMEA (too much politics)
