My manager is kind, caring, empathetic, pays attention to all the detail, looks after everybody and does everything he can for his team and the wider business to make everybodys work life better.

The people around you are what makes it. I also think career development is a positive. Even if it's not a promotion, you learn and take on a lot of new tasks and learn a lot

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Maternity/paternity/adoption leave packages above government standard offering would make a huge difference to a lot of people's lives and retention - and how people feel valued by the company. Company benefits offering is quite poor. Pay rates are much below market averages.
