It's difficult to separate the effects of the pandemic from the actual culture. For sure very demotivating to not have clear information about the future (continue to work at home or move back to the office with colleagues).

Per diem is nice. Also bonus, of course.

Willingness to help each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Two part question. One - my immediate team. One agent with poor skills, one agent with poor motivation. Two - the project. A lot of great people which are nice to meet also socially.
